Will has lived in Donnington all his life and runs the farm which has been in his family for over 50 years. He also runs the Blacksmiths Arms pub in Donnington Village.
He is a former Chairman of the Parish Council.
He is married with 4 children (3 daughters and 1 son).
A local resident for over 25 years , John joined the Parish Council and was elected Chairman in 1997, an appointment he held for 10 years before stepping down to become the Vice Chairman and currently a regular member . He represented Donnington and Apuldram as a District Councillor from 1999 to 2018.
Eric has lived in Donnington for over 20 years, and describes it as a friendly location and very handy for all amenities. He hopes that by joining the Council he can help to keep it that way. Eric spent the vast majority of his working life in County Councils.
Hilda is our oldest Councillor, at 83 years old. She lives in Crosbie Close. Hilda worked for the Post Office for all her working life, including the former Stockbridge Road Post Office from 1977.
She enjoy gardening, meeting and talking to people, and likes to support village activities.
Mark moved to Donnington in 2011 after moving around the South a bit, but his formative years were spent in Worcestershire.
He work as a Software Engineer in the Marine Electronics industry and is married with a young son and daughter.
Donnington’s proximity to both the Downs and Harbour provide plenty of scope for adventure and he enjoys Sailing, Kayaking, Walking, Cycling & Camping in the area.
He’s keen to help maintain Donnington as a wonderful place to live.
Mark is currently the Chairman of the Parish Council
Heather moved to Donnington in 2012, having grown up in Kent and then spent ten years studying Engineering in the Midlands.
She enjoys exploring the local area, and joined the Council to take a more active role in supporting the community.
Heather is currently Vice Chairman of the Council and has been heavily involved inn many loal projects, including the Build A Better A27 initiative, and DonTAG, the Traffic Action Group.
Zoe joined the Parish Council following the 2018 election. She sits on the Planning Committee, and is interested in ensuring only appropriate development taks place in Donnington and takes an active interest in matters such as Chichester District Council’s Local Plan and proposals for the A27
Anna joined the Parish Council following the 2018 election. She is our Playing Field rrepresentative, keeping an eye on the Wiston Avenue playing field.
She is interested in provision for the youth of Donnington and the wider area.
